Gerry, a short while ago, you asked that Paul and I take a few minutes to let you know whether or not we were happy with the service , dependability and quality of the artwork that we contacted with you to provide.  It is my pleasure to take those few minutes now.

As you know, we first encounterred your work when we visited in Lake Louise in August, 2004.  At the time, we purchased a piece you had sculpted from a gallery at the hotel where we were staying. You can imagine how disapointed we were when the piece arrived and it was damaged.  After much back and forth with the gallery, we sent the sculpture back to the gallery, and they sent it back to you for repair.  We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to both bring the piece back to its original beauty, but to pack it for transit in such a manner that we could be sure the piece would arrive as you had packed it, e.g. free of damage and beautiful!  We have enjoyed the sculpture, "Mother's Love", since then.

We were excited when you contacted us directly a few weeks ago to let us know that you had a companion piece to the original sculpture, just completed.  This is "The Monarch"!  I loved it at first sight and we immediately contacted you to exicute a purchase.  You were incredibly easy to deal with and you were excepionally dependable in terms of sending the sculpture to us in a timely manner, packed well for transit.

Now, we have two lovely sculptures of grizzlies, our own bear family!  We love both pieces.  We have placed them so they are the first things anyone sees when they enter our home.  And so that we see them each and every time we go from one part of our home to another.
