"Gerry, a short while ago, you asked that Paul and I take a few minutes to let you know whether or not we were happy with the service, dependability and quality of the artwork that we contracted with you to provide. It is my pleasure to take those few minutes now. As you know, we first encountered your work when we visited in Lake Louise in August, 2004. At that time, we purchased a piece you had sculptured from a gallery at the hotel where we were staying. You can imagine how disappointed we were when the piece arrived and it was damaged. After much back and forth with the gallery, we sent the sculpture back to the gallery, and they sent it back to you for repair. We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to both bring the piece back to its original beauty, but to pack it for transit in such a manner that we could be sure the piece would arrive as you had packed it, e.g. free of damage and beautiful!
